This instrument has got a full scale of ± 2° o ± 5°allows adequate stability and resolution of the measures to the normal condition of use. Sensors installed are MEMS and guarantee a great thermal linearity and stability related to the mono and biaxial sensors.

The equipped thermal sensor allow to differenziate the tecnica variation from the rotationals one. The case should be requie with a protection degree IP67.

The client, after a carefull analyses and commercial-technical advice, will evaluate to take the measure with a manual readout unit or a datalogger on the hole mounth. If the latest possibility is prefered , OTR have got the OTRMonitoring software that allows the user to manage in running time the measures with the relative activation of alert thresholds.

How to instal OG307 Tiltmeter?                            

The instrument is provided ready to be installed, installation is quite simple.

In order to install the instrument: before installation take a reading with a manual readout unit to check if it works imposing, if it’s possible, a known inclination to perform a quick functioning test before use.

Smooth and clean the surface on the instrument will be installed. The circular plate must have a flat surface to be installed correctly.

After that put the circular plate on the wall/structure and mark on the wall/structure the positions of the holes on the circular plate. At this point drill the marked holes and install the bracket on the plate.

Install the tiltmeter on the bracket and adjust vertical and horizontal inclination to start measures from a zero position and take a zero reading with a manual readout unit.
